- Integration and reporting platform for a European sourcing operation: data pipelines, dashboards and role-based access, delivered in milestones through the end of 2026.
- Operations software for a German engineering customer: scheduling, documentation and shop-floor views, maintained since 2025.
- AI-assisted internal tooling: document search and drafting built on the customer's own data, running on infrastructure the customer owns.
How an engagement runs
About
TB Tech Limited is a Maltese company, registered in Valletta, working with customers in Germany and Malta.
We take on the parts of a project that usually fall between teams: the data model nobody owns, the deployment nobody dares to touch, the integration that has to work on Tuesday morning. Work is billed by availability, delivered in milestones, and handed over with the documentation that makes the next engineer's week short.
Development is done by Tobias Liauw, who has been building business software for German and Maltese customers since 2023 under the name Liauw Media.
Principles
- The customer owns the repository, the servers and the accounts.
- Milestones are agreed before work starts, and invoices follow them.
- Assumptions are written down, so they can be corrected instead of argued.
- Automation replaces routine work, not judgement.

TB Tech Limited is the contracting company: the registered name you will find on quotations, invoices and contracts from November 2026, together with its registered office and registration number.
Liauw Media is the trade name under which the same company has worked since 2023 and continues to operate. It is now assigned to TB Tech Limited, so the contact details, the history and the software you already know stay exactly where they are — only the legal entity behind them changes.
Contracting, liability and invoicing always run through TB Tech Limited, registered in Valletta (<C number>). Nothing on this page is offered by a separate firm.
